Pokémon Mysteries - Were Butterfree & Venomoth switched? [x۞ ~

Fun fact:
This is Venomoth’s original RGB design, before the wing markings were removed in Yellow.

This is a Blue Triangle butterfly, a species within the swallowtail butterfly group.

And this is a common caterpillar within the swallowtail group.

And Venomoth’s Japanese name doesn’t refer to moths at all. It’s Morphon. Which possibly refers to Morpho butterfly.

So yeah, I personally believe they were switched.

Welp.

I thought I’d write about my encounter today before I forgot about it. I was on my way home past the IC, when a guy in a wheelchair was struggling to drag himself up to the traffic lights.

"Excuse me," he said. "Can you help me? I’m in a wheelchair see." Naturally I obliged and pushed him across the road to his bus stop. He said "I’m from Lincoln" at least three times. He’d been at the hospital for some reason that I couldn’t quite get. He told me he was diabetic. Maybe it was something to do with that.

"I’d do the same for you mate," he told me. I told him it was no problem at all. "It’s just, I haven’t got no legs." Which was a fair comment. Looking back it seems to be a totally surreal experience. Here was a man quite clearly physically handicapped and he felt like he had to tell me he didn’t have any legs, as if I wouldn’t quite believe him otherwise. When we got to the bus stop he said he didn’t have enough money for his bus and could he borrow some. He said he would pay me back. I asked how much his bus was and he said he didn’t know and he had to wait for his bus to check. I asked when his bus was coming. "Three thirty." I asked what time it was now. "Two o’clock." I told him I couldn’t wait around for that long and said I could give him a quid. He said it was two quid so I gave it to him and he said he’d pay me back again and I said not to worry about it. He wished me a nice day as I walked off.

2013 (music)

everyone else is doing them. my list is tiered.

favourite records for personal reasons, a lot of political records or ones that have pushed my emotions to extremes: made me laugh, fear or cry. burial probably wins cos of the record’s  message as well as the fact that it made me cry.

8. Dean Blunt - The Redeemer

7. Kyary Pamyu Pamyu - Nanda Collection

6. Justin Timberlake - The 20/20 Experience

there’s loads i didn’t listen to and some that sucked.

best, most life-affirming song of the year is team rockit - aura. the first time i listened to it and watched the video i thought it was interesting but that interest has turned into pure ecstasy for me. obviously burial - come down to us was the one that made me cry and justin timberlake - mirrors and autre ne veut - play by play/gonna die are all great. default genders - words with friends too. i liked dancing to todd terje - strandbar (disko) and dusky - nobody else. koreless - ivana was really beautiful too.
